This Inner Child Healing Women's Circle is a therapeutic experience designed to help individuals reconnect with, understand, and heal unresolved emotional wounds from their childhood. The "inner child" refers to the part of your subconscious that holds onto feelings, experiences, and memories from when you were young. These early experiences can shape your emotional patterns, relationships, and self-esteem as an adult. By addressing these wounds, you can begin to heal past traumas and live a more fulfilled and authentic life.

During this event, we will reflect, reconnect, release, and renew our spirit through journaling, guided meditation, and somatic movement.
