​With the support of Ceremonial Cacao, we will embark on a Somatic Release breathwork journey to move energy, unlock emotion, and drop into a deeper state of presence.

We will be starting at 6:45pm, and will begin drinking cacao shortly after, then dropping into an hour of somatic release breathwork, followed by an integration circle. 

​Wear lose, comfortable clothing so you can feel free to move/relax as needed. 

*Cacao works best on an empty stomach. Please eat a light meal at least 1.5 hours prior to the event. If you really do need to eat, please make sure it is light so that the cacao can work its magic.
